摘要
本文提出一种基于磁电相位式扭矩测量技术,以转速脉冲作控制信号,能同时对转矩、转速信号采样的转矩、转速测量技术。这种测量技术测量精度高,转速范围大,结构简单、可靠,无需外加电源而有较强的输出信号,对工作环境要求不高,不易受到干扰,能在-20^+60℃的环境温度下正常工作。根据设计方案在实验室中建立了实验台,使用A/D转换板对采集信号进行数模转换直接送入计算机;采用C++Builder软件编程得到实验结果;采用MATLAB软件对实验的结果进行了分析,结果表明设计的系统合理可行,具有较高的精度,比较适合舰艇工作环境。
The paper introduced a torque measurement technique based on the magnet-electric phase-difference. Taking speed pulse as a control signal, this technique was able to sample torque and speed signals, and measured them at the same time. It was characterized by high measurement accuracy, wide speed scope, simple and reliable construction. There were stronger output signals without applied power supply. The structure of the measurement system was designed, and the requirement of gears' machining accuracy and the sampling frequency of A/D card were calculated based on error theory. According to the design, a testing bed was established and the A/D card was used to convert the collecting signal and send the signal directly into calculator. We adopted the C++ Builder software to get the experiment results and adopted MATLAB software to analyze the experiment results. A requirement for work environment is not stringent. The system is not easily to be interfered, and it can work under environment temperature of -20~+60℃.
