摘要
本文在调查的基础上,就我国研究生教育的师资条件、课程设置、制度环境、学术氛围以及辅助条件等支撑条件和环境进行了具体分析。研究发现:近年来我国研究生教育总体条件和环境在不断改善,但导师队伍的学历结构整体依旧偏低、学源结构还不够合理、前沿科研成果还未能及时成为研究生课程内容;培养机制还缺乏弹性;在研究生教育经费和辅助支撑条件方面,和前些年比,就平均水平而言基本没有改善,和发达国家比,我国高校R&D经费不仅绝对数少,而且占整个R&D经费的比例也很低,很难支撑如此大规模的研究生教育,尤其是非重点高校,很难基于现有科研项目和条件训练出具备合格科研能力和综合素养的研究生。
Based on an extensive survey on the current graduate education in China, this paper has explored into various aspects concerning teacher qualification, curriculum design, systematical environment, academic atmosphere and educational assistance. The major discovery revealed by the study includes inflexible cultivating system, inadequate qualification in supervisors' degree, limited source or lack of diversity in terms of supervisor recruitment, time lagging of cut-the-edge science and technology into graduate program curriculum. Despite the recent improvement made in the nation's graduate education, little efforts have ever been made to solve fund shortage and to upgrade facilities and infrastructure. What's more, the funds currently invested in graduate education only amounts to a minimal percentage of the whole nation's R&D investment, far behind the percentage allocated in developed countries. Due to the shortage of fund, Chinese graduate education has to struggle to sustain its present scale, let alone a more challenging task to be granted with research projects with training opportunities or to cultivate quality graduates with a high research potential.
