摘要
目的总结股骨逆行交锁髓内钉应用的适应证、优点及其疗效。方法1999年2月-2006年4月,31例股骨远端骨折患者被采用C臂下闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗并早期行膝关节功能锻炼。结果31例患者均获得随访,随访时间8-24个月,平均11个月,全部骨性愈合,功能恢复良好。骨折平均愈合时间4个月,据HSS膝关节临床功能评分标准：优16例、良13例、一般2例。优良率为93.5%。结论逆行交锁髓内钉系统是治疗股骨远端骨折的理想方法,具有固定牢固、骨折处血供破坏小、功能恢复好、并发症少等优点。
Objective To evaluate the indications,virtues and effects of application of retrograde femoral interlocking intramedullary nails and close reduction with the help of C-arm X-ray machine on distal femoral fractures. Methods From February 1999 to April 2006 , 31 cases of distal femoral fractures were treated with retrograde placement of interlocking intramedullary nails and close reduction with the help of C-arm X-ray machine. Early functional exercises of the knee joint after operation were done. Results Thirty-one cases were followed up for 8-24 months ,averaging 11 months ,the average time of bone healing was 4 months. All the cases obtained bony union , good functional recovery. According to HSS knee joint functional score： 19 excellent and 10 good , ordenary with an excellence rate of 93.5 %. Conclusion It is a good way with retrograde placement of interlocking intramedullary nails and close reduction to treat the distal femoral fractures. It can provide a stable and reliable fixation, minimal disruption of the blood supply in the fractures site, good functional recovery of the knee joint and less complications.
