摘要
盐适应烟草愈伤组织与不适应愈伤组织K+.Na+含量一致,Na+吸收速率下降;与无NaCl培养基上生长的愈伤组织相比,K+含量下降,Na+含量大幅度上升,Na+吸收速率下降.结果表明,Na+缓慢吸收可减轻Na+积累的毒害.
Compared salt-adapted tobacco cullus with salt-unadpted cullus, the content of K+. Na+ was unanimous, the absorbing Na+ rate descended. As comparing with cullus which grown on culture medium wethaut adding NaCl, the content of K+ decreased, the content of Na+ increased greatly and the absorbing Na+ rate decreased. All these results suggested that slowly absorbed Na+ can lessen toxicity of Na+ accumulation.
