The Appraisal and Comparison of Organizational Structure and Running Mechanism of RIS

摘要就区域创新系统组织结构与运行机制构建了各自评价指标体系,收集整理了相关数据并利用层次分析法确定了各指标权重,对区域创新系统组织结构与运行机制进行了定量分析。利用分析结果对我国27个省、自治区进行了比较分析,并提出相关政策建议。 The paper sets up the evaluation index systems of organizational structure and running mechanism of RIS, it collects and processes relevant data, deciding the weight of each index by AHP, so as to quantitative analyzes the organizational structure and running mechanism of RIS. Then, the paper makes a comparison among 27 provinces and autonomouses. At last, the paper puts forward some relevant policy.
