摘要
完备合理的法律体系对于中国的法治建设具有特别重要的意义。它既是依法治国的基础环节,也是保证司法公正的基本前提。中国在建构法律体系的过程中已取得一定成绩,但随着改革步伐的加快,也出现了不少问题,并对中国的法制进程产生了严重不良影响。应当对这些问题作仔细分析,然后提出相应的解决思路。
A perfect jurisprudence is of much importantance to the constitionality of China. It is not only a key of administering a country according to law, but also the basis of assuring judicial justice. Although progress has been made in the course of constructing jurisprudence, some problems also come with it. These problems do great harm to the constitionality. We should make analysis on them, and then put forword relevant solutions.
