摘要
介绍了国内外引线框架用铜合金的研究、生产和应用的现状,以及获得高强、高导铜合金的基本原理与方法,例如固溶强化、加工硬化、第二相强化、快速凝固析出强化等。评述了国内外引线框架用铜合金的发展动向,例如研发电导率80%IACS以上、抗拉强度600MPa以上和软化温度高于500℃的铜合金等。
Situation of research, production and application of copper alloys for lead frame at home and abroad were introduced. The basic principle and methods to produce copper based alloys with high strength and high conductivity were discribed, including solid solution strengthening, work hardening, second phase strengthening, precipitation strengthening during rapid solidification and so on. The development trend of copper alloys for lead frame at home, for esample, development of copper alloy with conductivity of 80% IACS, tensile strength above 600MPa and softening temperature higher than 500℃, was reviewed
