摘要
本文依据作者建立的啮合型同向旋转双螺杆挤出非充满固体输送的理论模型,以区域型和边界型相结合的数值计算方法,对非充满螺槽的非塞流固体输送的应力场和速度场进行了求解,并讨论了其影响因素。
Based on the theoretical model for solid conveying in partially filled channels in intermeshing co-rotating twin screw extrusion,the stress field and velocity field of solid conveying were calcaulated by means of boundary element and finite differential method.The factors affecting the stress field and velocity field were also discussed.
