摘要
高校学生事务管理专业化的内涵,可以从动态和静态两个角度来理解;学生事务管理人员的自身素质与客观环境是学生事务管理专业化的两个方面。学生事务管理人员的专业成长主要分为五个阶段:即准备阶段、求生阶段、巩固阶段、更新阶段和成熟阶段,各阶段的发展内容和侧重点不同。学生事务管理人员的专业化范式有多种,主要包括“实干型”、“研究型”和“反思型”等,各范式间彼此联系、交互作用,共同构成一个多元化、多层次的学生事务管理专业发展体系。
The specialization of student affair in university can be apprehended in both dynamic and static states. It consists of the diathesis of person employed in student affair management and external environment. The. specialized development of student affair manager can be divided into five phases, they are seeding phase, seeking help phase, consolidating phase, renovating phase and autumn phase. There are different contents and emphases in different phase. The specialized model of student affair manager involve the efficient type, studying type and considering type, which interact each other and constitute a multilayer developed system of the specialization of student affair.
