摘要
情感,是学生学习与学校发展的基础。而今天我们学校把一些用来达到目的的手段本身变成了目的来追求。理想的教育是:培养真正的人,让每一个人都能幸福地度过一生,这就是教育应该追求的恒久性、终级性价值。建构"幸福教育"的两个体系是:其一,让教师拥有一种物质、精神和心灵的幸福生活。因为孩子的幸福观、幸福品质和幸福能力主要从教师那里获得。教师的最高境界是把教育当作幸福的活动。其二,不仅让孩子拥有一个幸福童年,还要拥有一个幸福人生。所谓幸福童年,指快乐的校园生活;所谓幸福人生,是为孩子今后人生走向构成完整而和谐、可持续发展的人生基础。幸福既是一种教育理想,也是一种教育实践。在这种体验过程与追求的过程中,除了需要学生对幸福拥有正确的认识和态度外,还需要他们具有感知幸福和创造幸福的能力以及享用幸福的能力。
Emotion is the basis of students' learning and school's development. But today, our school treats the method which is for the teaching aims as the purpose to pursue.Ideal education is training the genuine people and making every person live his life happily.This is the constant and endless value which the education should pursue.There are 2 systems to structure the happiness education.First, we should make the teachers live happy life at the material and moral level. Because children's happiness sense, happiness quality and happiness ability are mainly from teachers. Making the education as happy activities is teacher's highest state. Second, we should not only let children have a happy childhood ,but also a happy life.The happy childhood which we talked about, means the happy school life. And the happy life means establishing complete, harmonious and sustainable life basis for the direction of the children's future. The happiness is an education ideal and also an education practice. In this kind of process of learning through practice and pursuing, we need to encourage students to have correct understanding and manner for happiness, and we still need to encourage them to have abilities of sensing happiness,creating happiness and enjoying happiness.
