摘要
以泥炭及风化煤的腐植酸为研究对象,考察微生物溶煤机理及作用本质。用FT-IR,13C-NMR等表征产物。微生物溶解腐植酸同时有降解作用。腐植酸溶解产物有更好表面活性和促进植物生长作用。
In order to understand the mechanism and chemical nature of biosolubilization of coals by microorganisms, tests on biosolubilization of Humic Acids(HA)from peat and weathered coal were carried out. Biosolubilizing HA was easy. Results of ultimate analysis and FT-IR analysis of both HA and biosobilized product (BP), as well as the content of acidic groups and the surface-tension de-creasing effect of BP on alkaline solution showed the biodegradation effect of mi-croorganisms,probably caused by enzymatic oxidative hydrolysis and/or esterifica-tion. The BP of HA from weathered coal by penici11ium waksmanii showed more plant-stimulatingor growth stimulating function than HA. Further study on the uti-lization of BP was discussed. Microorganisms used include penicillium waksmanii,penicillium decumbens,phanerocheate chrysosporium and pseudomonas aeruginosa.
