摘要
采用直拉法在较小温度梯度的条件下,从熔体中生长了尺寸为80mm×80mm的a轴光学铌酸锂晶体。较好地解决了该种晶体容易开裂和易生双晶等问题。生长出的晶体无宏观缺陷,加工性能良好,用于光波导衬底效果令人满意。阐述了生长a轴光学铌酸锂晶体的工艺以及这些工艺参数的确定依据。
High quality a axis optical LiNbO 3 crystals in size of 80 mm×80 mm were grown from melt by CZ technique with the less temperature gradient.Twin lamella and crack were avoided.This paper presents the technique of growing a axis optical LiNbO 3 crystals and the determination of these technology parameters,putting emphasis on the technique of avoiding twin lamella and crack.
