摘要
教师个人教育观念的形成是一个动态循环的过程。根据教师在此过程中认识对象的不同、表现形式的不同以及对教育实践的把握程度的不同,可以将其分为浅层教育观念的形成、实践操作形态的个人教育观念的形成、理论形态的个人教育观念的形成以及个人教育风格的形成四个阶段。教师的教育行为在其个人教育观念的形成过程中具有重要作用。对教师个人教育观念的形成过程进行较为深入的理论分析,有助于在实践中有效地促进教师适宜的个人教育观念的形成。
The formation of teachers' personal educational ideas is a dynamic and circulatory process, in which teachers have different objects of understanding, different ways of displaying themselves and different understanding of educational practice. In light of the above, we can divide the process into the following four stages: the formation of superficial educational ideas, the formation of personal educational ideas in the form of practical operation, the formation of personal educational ideas in the form of theory and the formation of personal educational style. Teachers' educational behavior plays an important role in the formation of their own personal educational ideas. So a deep theoretical analysis of the formation of teachers' personal educational ideas is conducive to the formation of their suitable personal educational ideas in the practice.
