摘要
按照科学发展观的要求,培养大学生具有全面、优良的素质是当前我国高等教育的一个基本任务。而一所大学所具有的校园文化,会直接影响到在这所学校中每一位大学生的成长、成才。本文旨在探讨校园文化的基本功能以及如何更好地发挥校园文化的育人作用,力争全面培养学生的良好素质,使学生增长才干、全面发展,将来更好地服务于祖国和人民。
According to demand of scientific developing concept, it＇s a basic task of Chinese higher education to train undergraduates having all-sided and excellent quality at present. However, campus culture in college directly influences every undergraduate＇s pullulation and talent growth. This paper discussed basic function of campus culture and how to better exert its moral education, and then to train undergraduates＇ excellent quality as much as possible in order to make them work for country and people.
