摘要 采用循环伏安法和记时电流法研究800-860℃下ZrO2电极在CaCl2-NaCl熔盐中还原过程的反应机理.ZrO2电极在CaCl2-NaCl熔盐中的循环伏安曲线和XRD物相分析结果表明,可以通过直接电脱氧法由ZrO2制备金属Zr,并且ZrO2的还原分步进行,ZrO2先还原为ZrO,ZrO再还原为Zr. The mechanism of ZrOz direct electrodeoxidation into Zr in CaCl2-NaCl molten salt was studied by Cyclic Voltammetry and Chronoamperometry in the temperature range of 800 -860℃. The results of V-A curves, SEM and XRD analysis showed that ZrOz could be reduced to Zr by direct electrodeoxidation and the reduction proceeds in two steps: ZrO2 was firstly reduced to ZrO, and then, ZrO was further reduced to Zr.
