摘要
传统注射模的设计方法已不再适应社会发展对塑料制品的要求,将并行设计方法和CAE技术应用于注射模设计,并利用注射模CAE软件及其接口程序进行并行设计,可以缩短注射模的开发时间,降低生产成本,提高产品质量。
The traditional design method of the injection mould has no longer adapted to the social demand of plastic product. Concurrent design and CAE technology are applied to the design of the injection mould. CAE software of the injection mould and the interface procedure are applied to concurrent design. They can shorten the development time and reduce the cost and raise the product quality of the injection mould.
