Determination of Lead and Cadmium in Bushentianjing Capsule by Microwave Digestion-ICP-AES Method

摘要 采用微波密闭消解溶样技术,ICP-AES法同时测定了中成药补肾填精胶囊中的铅、砷含量,探索并建立了该类中药样品的微波压力控制程序和混合酸组合优化的消解方法。该方法与传统马弗炉高温灰化消解方法比较,具有准确、简便、快速、省试剂、污染少、消解完全等优点。方法回收率为91.0%-109.5%,相对标准偏差均小于3.33%(n=6)。结果表明,该方法具有良好的准确度。 Microwave digest technique in a close vessel was used in decomposition of the Chinese traditional medicine Bushentianjing capsule for the simultaneously determination of the total of Pb and as by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry ( ICP - AES). Microwave digestion method of this Chinese medicine with different acid mixture and different pressure procedure has been developed. It is showed that this Chinese medicine could be dissolved in the acid mixture of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide by the optimized microwave program. The recovery rates of this procedure were between 91.0% and 109.5%(n=6). The RSD was less than 3.33%. The proposed method was accurate, simple, and rapid, and could be used in determination of lead and arsenic for the Chinese traditional medicine.
