摘要
李小缘于1926-1927年间发表的三篇论文,研究了公共图书馆的基本性质与特征,以及公共图书馆立法等重要问题,是当时最重要的公共图书馆研究文献。李小缘是中国公共图书馆研究的先行者。
Li Xiaoyuan was one of earliest librarian on public library in modem China. Li＇s three papers were the most important paper. Li had studied the characters and legislation of public library in 1920＇s, and was a forerunner of research on the public library in China.
