摘要
本文通过对以 Sawyer-Tower 电路为基础的电滞回线测量方法进行仔细分析后,指出传统的测量方法是以饱和区只存在线性极化这一物理概念为基础的,但由于漏导和损耗的影响,在实际测量中以它为依据往往是不可靠的。同时本文通过分析流过铁电试样的电流,与传统测量方法对比,发现了寻找补偿电阻的有效简便方法,提出以电流采样代替传统的电荷采样,借助微机数值处理功能得到电滞回线,并以此为基础建立了一套电滞回线测量系统。
This paper discussed measuring methods of the ferroelectric hystersis loop basedon Sawyer-Tower method. The paper shows that because of the leak condition and the polarizing comsumption of the sample the correct criterion of the ferroelectric hysteresis loop by means of the concept of polarization saturation is notreliable. The paper analysed the current through the sample and foundout that if the current being integrated directly, not by sampling capacitor, the equal compensation resistance can be obtained easily. By this principle we have set up a measuring system of ferroelectric hysteresis loop.
