摘要
长庆油田酸敏性地层分布广泛,80%以上的油并结垢为碳醮盐垢型,常用酸式清垢剂容易使酸敏性地层发生损害,乏酸可引起设备和管线腐蚀。本工作从酸的分子结构与性质关系及岩芯资料入手,采用含较多羧基和配位电子基团的酸为主体,复配成了清垢效果好、腐蚀性小、不引起地层酸敏、在低浓度时对钢铁基本无腐蚀的酸式清垢剂CQ-2体系。该剂经室内评价合格,在11口井进行了现场清垢解堵试验,解堵后油井产能增加。
An acidic scale-remover, CQ-2, is dcvclopcd for downholc usc to remove the inorganic carbonates precipitated inner ncar-borchole zones, at bottom and on casing strings of production wells in Changqing. CQ-2 consists of the acids undamagcablc to the acid-sensitive reservoir formations and ingredients: corrosion inhibitor and inhibition promotor, ferrofcrric stabilizer, dispersant for secondary precipitates, surface-active substance, and antisweller for clay minerals. The principlcs of formulating CQ-2, the results of laboratory evaluation of CQ-2 for scale dissolving, corrosivity, compatibility with othcr chemicals, damageabiliry for core permeabilitics, and removal of scale in core samples and the successful uses of CQ-2 together with antiscaling agent are described in this paper.
