摘要
为降低能耗、操作费用和投资,传统的胺法已有巨大的改进,其主要体现在:①为精确设计吸收塔、汽提塔开发和建立相应的热力学和动力学模型,并为此测定了酸气和醇胺(或混合醉胺)必要的物理化学性质和气液平衡数据;②发展混合醇胺以改善过程的经济性;③胺法和砜胺法的优化。
The traditional amine process has significantly been driproved in order to reduce the consumption of energy, operation costs and invesrment. Those improvements are mainly imbodied in the following aspects:①the correspoding thermodynamic and kinetic models have been developed and established for the accurate design of absorption tower and stripper from the necessary physic-chemical properties and gas-liquid equlibrium data determined of sour gas and alkanalamine (or mixed alkanalamine); ② the mixed alkanalamine has been developed to improve the economic benefits of process;③optimization of amine and sulfinol process.
