摘要
为了提高故障诊断的抗干扰能力和可靠性,提出了基于模态区间分析和解析冗余关系相结合的半定性故障诊断方法.利用模态区间分析仿真得到的精确区间包络线进行故障检测,可提高故障检测的抗干扰能力.通过在键合图模型中加入观测信号和虚拟传感器的方法,建立诊断键合图模型并得到系统的解析冗余关系.根据诊断键合图的因果路径和解析冗余关系残差趋势分析建立具有残差变化方向的故障特征矩阵,从而提高故障隔离的准确性.将该半定性方法应用到五箱系统的故障诊断中,结果证明该方法是有效的.
To improve the anti-jamming ability and reliability of fault diagnosis, the semi-qualitative fault diagnosis method which combines the Modal Interval Analysis (MIA) and Analytical Redundancy Relations (ARRs) together has been proposed. The exact interval envelopes for the system have been obtained by using MIA. The fault detection method using interval envelopes can improve the anti-jamming ability of fault detection. The Diagnostic Bond Graph (DBG) model has been constructed by introducing observed signal and virtual sensors into bond graph model of the system. Then the system' s ARRs can be generated using the DBG model. The method to build fault signature matrix by incorporating with the causality of DBG and the tendency analysis with the residuals of ARRs has been established. This can improve the accuracy of fault isolation. Through the practical analysis of a five - tank system' s fault diagnosis, the validity has been verified.
