云锦杜鹃种子繁育及幼树移栽试验 被引量:19

摘要 通过云锦杜鹃种子萌发、幼苗生长及幼树移栽试验,结果表明,云锦杜鹃种子的萌发率不高,在比较合适的基质(腐殖土+锯末和腐殖土+洗净剪碎的苔藓)中,萌发率为38.6%和38.2%;幼苗的生长状况也与基质密切相关。同时,种子萌发和幼苗生长还与光照条件有一定的联系,直射光照射5h效果最佳。4-5月是幼树移栽的适宜时期,移栽成活率高达90%;但在干热气候条件下,强光照会使成活幼树的叶片变薄,叶绿素含量下降,并出现枯焦现象,甚至死亡。因此,光照和湿度是影响云锦杜鹃幼苗和幼树生长发育最主要的生境因素。 Experiment on seed germination (SGE), seedling growth (SGR) and saplings transplantation of Rhododendron fortunei with different medium types and different light duration in Taizhou College demonstrated that the best medium was leaf mould + sawdust and leaf mould + bryophyte, and the SGE rate could reach 38.6% and 38.2%. The results indicated that medium was the important factor to the SGR, which was better in the leaf mould + sawdust than the leaf mould + bryophyte. Light also had influence on the SGE and SGR. Result indicated that 5 hours of direct fight was the optimal condition for SGE and SGR. Sapling transplanted from April to May could have the survival rates over 90%. But under dry and hot climate condition, strong illumination would make the leaves thinner and chlorophyll decrease, even the plant withered. It concluded that illumination and humidity was the key environmental conditions for the sapling growth.
