摘要
为强化入炉原燃料质量控制,济钢从关注原燃料的冷态指标转化为关注其热态指标,采用了烧结矿喷洒氯化物溶液、块矿水洗工艺、强化槽下筛分管理等措施,并采取配加熔剂降低炉渣Al2O3含量、定期排碱等手段,为高炉操作提供了较好的保障条件,改善了高炉操作经济技术指标,使炉况顺行指数达到了9.0,利用系数达到了4.0t/(m3.d)以上。
In order to strengthen quality control, Jigang has changed to pay close attention to the hot state indexes of raw materials and fuel instead of the cold one and then adopts many measures such as spraying chloride solution upon sinter, using water washing process for lump ore and strengthening rescreening management under bin etc. Moreover, adding flux reduced Al2O3 content in slag and acid-to-base ratio was increased termly. Therefore, they provided belier condition for the blast furnace operating and improved technical-and-ecanomic indexes. As a result the smooth operation index of the furnace conditions reached 9.0 and the productivity was 4.0t/(m^3.d ) over.
