摘要
为了提高某型雷达举升装置的机动性,运用ANSYS有限元软件,采用一阶优化方法对其进行了重量优化分析。运用参数化建模方法,介绍了建模过程以及优化计算的定义,给出了三种工况下的优化结果,最后对优化结果进行了验算。理论计算表明:对于该举升装置,有限元一阶优化是一种切实可行的优化方法,为该装置的改进提供了理论依据。
To improve the maneuverability of certain type of lifting equipment for radar, using ANSYS FEA software, the optimization analysis of weight based on the first order method was carried out. Based on parametric modling, the modling process and the definition of optimization comput were explained. The optimization results on the three kinds of working condition were also given. Finally, the optimization results were validated. It has been proved by the theoretical comput that the first order method of FEA should be a feasible technique on optimization and has provided the theoretical foundation for the improvement of the lifting equipme nt.
