摘要
外显学习和内隐学习是学生在技能获得中的两种学习方法,他们相互协同,在一定条件下相互转化。本研究采用内隐学习和外显学习相结合的教学方法,探讨了排球扣球技术教学中利用内隐学习的教学效果。结果表明:在排球扣球技术中采用内隐学习和外显学习相结合的方法能够提高学生对技术要领掌握的清晰性;能够提高学生在应激条件下技术发挥的稳定性,提高扣球的成绩;能够提高学生对课堂的积极情绪,提高学生的主观幸福感。
External learning and internal learning are two methods with which students acquire skills. They interact and exchange each other under certain conditions. With the teaching method of combining external learning with internal learning, the effects of internal learning in volleyball smash skill teaching are researched. The results show that the teaching method of combining external learning with internal learning can improve students' understanding of skill know-how, their skill stability under certain responding conditions, their performance of smash, their positive spirit and their subjective happiness.
