摘要
目的观察尿中胆红素对尿干化学分析仪检测尿胆原的影响。方法对135例尿干化学分析仪检测尿胆红素和尿胆原均为阳性的标本和17例尿干化学分析仪检测尿胆红素阴性而尿胆原为阳性的标本,以及60例尿干化学分析仪检测尿胆红素和尿胆原均为阴性的标本,进行手工检测方法对比。结果尿干化学分析仪在检测尿中存在胆红素时可使尿胆原出现假阳性结果。结论当尿干化学分析仪检测尿胆红素和尿胆原均为阳性且尿胆红素在“++”以上的标本应通过其它检测来确定检验结果。
Objective To study the effect of urine bilirubin on the results of urobilinogen tested with urine dry chemistry analyzer. Methods Manual detecition with urine dry chemistry analyzer was made to 135 samples of positive urine bilirubin and positive urobilinogen. 17 samples of negative urine bilirubin and positive urobilinogen and 60 samples of negative urine bilirubin and negative urobilinogen. Results Dry chemistry analyzer made false positive results of urobilinogen in the detection when bilirubin existed in the urine. Conclusion The samples should be vel4fied with other detecting measures when dry chemistry analyzer showed bilirubin and urobilinogen both positive and the bilirubin result is over" + + ".
