摘要
目的:了解医院近10年医疗工作综合质量情况,并给予正确评价,为医院管理工作提供有意义的参考。方法:运用加权TOPSIS法(逼近理想解排序法),从效率质量、诊断质量、治疗质量3方面,对我院1996~2005年10年的10项常用指标进行综合评价和分析。结果:评价结果与医院实际情况相符,在10年当中2005年最好,1999年最差。结论。TOPSIS法具有计算简便、结果合理、应用灵活的特点,运用于综合评价医疗质量有很好的科学性。
Objective: To evaluate the medical administration and its quality of medical service with weighted TOPSIS, providing significant reference for the hospital. Methods. A comprehensive evaluation was made in three aspects: quality of efficiency, diagnosis and treatment, from 1996 to 2005 in 10 items. Results. It was the best in the year of 2005 and worst in 1999, which showed the real situation of the hospital. Conclusions: TOPSIS is really a calculated, flexibly-used and reasonable method in evaluation that is suitable for different degrees of hospitals to be applied with.
