摘要
在国家文化安全的范畴里,编辑工作既不是唯一的决定因素,也不是全部的制约力量,但却是重要的因素,这是由编辑工作在人类文化形成过程中的重要作用决定的。作为国家文化安全链条上重要一环,编辑工作要时刻树立国家文化安全意识,贯彻先进文化意识,加强文化创新意识,促进我国文化的先进性、创新性和优秀性,为国家文化安全提供坚实的、内在的保障。
In the category of National Cultural Security, editing work is neither the exclusive deciding factor, nor is it the total restraining forces, but it is playing an extremely important role, which comes from the important functions it has performed during the whole process of the formation of the human cultures. Regarded as an important section along the chain of National Cultural Security, the editing work should be always adhering to the conceptions and consciousness of national cultural security, advanced cultures, and cultural innovation, along with promoting the leading, innovating, and excellent features of our Chinese cultures, to ensure Chinese cultural security with stable and inherent support.
