摘要
目的:通过观察康欣口服液对衰老大鼠行为学以及海马超微结构的影响,研究该复方抗脑衰老的作用机理。方法:用12.5mg/mlD-半乳糖给大鼠颈背部皮下注射连续40天,形成亚急性衰老模型,运用水迷宫观察行为学变化,在透射电镜下观测海马CA1区超微结构的变化。结果:水迷宫实验表明康欣口服液组与模型对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。透射电镜结果显示康欣口服液组大鼠海马CA1区细胞核、粗面内质网、线粒体、高尔基体、脂褐素体等细胞器较模型组有明显变化。结论:康欣口服液抗脑衰老作用机理可能是通过改善衰老大鼠海马的超微结构,从而提高学习记忆能力的作用。
Objective: To explore the antiaging mechanism of Kangxin oral liquid by studying the effect on behavior and ultramicro fabric in hippocampus of aging model rats. Methods: Animal models with experimental senescence were prepared by hypodermic injection with 12.5mg/ml Dgal at nape for 40 days. We observed the rats behavior in the water maze and the ultramicro fabric in CAl of hippocampus by the transmition elecmicroscope. Results: The water maze experiment showed that there is significant effect compared with model rats (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). The transmition elec-microcope observation indicated that Kangxin oral liquid can chang the ultramicro fabric of nerve cell in quatar CAl in hippocampus of the model rats by affecting the cell organs such as karyon, rough endoplasmic reticulum, chondriosome, dictyosome and lipofuscin. Conclusions : Kangxin oral liquid can improve aging model rat's ability for learning and memory by affecting the ultramicro fabric of the nerve cell in quarter CAl in hippocampus. So we concluded that Kangxin oral liquid can postpone the aging of brain.
