摘要
哈萨克斯坦North Buzachi油田地质构造复杂,既存在活跃浅气层、水层以及高压气层,又存在不同的地层破裂压力梯度,属典型的“上吐下泻”的多压力层系地层,固井质量一直是困扰该油田开发的难题。针对North Buzachi油田典型的地质特点和固井施工要求,根据紧密堆积理论、超细活性矿物材料物理化学性能和加工技术,研制出了由混合增强材料BXE-600S以及配套的低温早强剂CA903S和CA909S、防气窜剂G60S等外加剂组成的低温早强、防窜、防漏高性能低密度水泥浆,保证了密度为1.85~1.40g/cm^3水泥浆在20~30℃的低温下具有良好的水泥浆综合性能。配以相应的配套技术,该水泥浆已经成功固井120余口,固井质量优良。
The geological structure of the formations in North Buzachi Oilfield in Kazakhstan is quite complicated. Active shallow gas, water and high pressure gas zones exist with multi fracturing pressure gradients. The coexistence of water kicks in the shallow zones and mud losses in the deeper zones makes cement job very difficult. New cementing additives, such as the cement hardener BXE 600S, low-temperature early strength additive CA903S and CA909S, and gas-check agent G60S are developed to deal with the difficulties encountered in cement jobs. Low-density cements formulated with these additives has densities of 1.85-1.40 g/cm3 have excellent working properties at temperatures 20-30 ℃. This cement slurry, used in conjunction with cementing techniques, has been successfully applied in 120 wells.
