摘要
南京绿地紫峰大厦是一幢屋顶高度达381m的超高层结构,采用嵌岩灌注桩和最大厚度达3.4m的基础底板,选择了带有加强层的框架-核心筒混合结构体系。针对结构的荷载和地震作用取值、振型信息、风和地震作用下的计算结果比较、规范验算等内容进行了介绍;并且对于结构设计中的特殊问题如伸臂与带状桁架的设置、转换柱的处理、施工顺序加载分析、竖向变形差异问题以及弹塑性分析等方面进行了深入探讨。
The Nanjing Greenland Zifeng Mansion is a super high structure,of which roof height is 381 meter. It adopted builtin rock pile foundation and the maximal thickness of soleplate is 3.4 meter. The structural system of the mansion is frame-corewall with outriggers and belt members. It was introduced for rudimental calculating result such as mode, displacement responses under horizontal actions. Some exceptive problems such as outriggers and belt members, transfer columns, construction sequence analysis, vertical deformation difference, elastic and plastic analysis are discussed.
