普通稠油蒸汽吞吐转换开发方式优化研究 被引量:10

Optimization Study on Development Scheme Conversion after Cyclic Steam Stimulation for Conventional Heavy Oil Reservoir

摘要 辽河锦45块于Ⅱ组为普通稠油油藏。经历22年的蒸汽吞吐开发,采出程度27.52%,油层压力由原始的9.8MPa降到4MPa左右。在国内外类似油藏开发效果及研究成果调研的基础上,开展了室内物理模拟和数值模拟研究。于Ⅱ组260℃蒸汽驱驱油效率71.71%,200℃热水驱驱油效率66.03%,表面活性剂/碱驱驱油效率74.33%,CO2驱驱油效率36.6%。数值模拟计算得出,转蒸汽驱开发采收率可达47.61%,转热水驱中间根据水窜情况进行一次调剖采收率可达48.67%,转表面活性剂/碱驱中间根据水窜情况进行一次调剖采收率可达51.1%,但净产油低,转CO2驱效果较差。由于于Ⅱ组井况差,尽可能选用蒸汽驱以外的转驱方式。推荐蒸汽吞吐后转200℃热水驱,热水驱结束后再进行短期的表活剂/碱驱。 Yu Ⅱ Formation reservoir in Block Jin45 of Liaohe Oilfield is a conventional heavy oil reservoir. After cyclic steam stimulation development for 22 years,the ratio of total oil to OOIP is 27.52% and reservoir pressure has reduced from initially 9.8MPa to about 4MPa.Laboratory physical and numerical modelling has been conducted on the basis of similar reservoir development and research result at home and abroad. In Yu Ⅱ Formation reservoir,the oil displacement efficiency by steam drive is 71.71% at 260℃,66.03% at 200℃ by hot water drive,74.33% by surfactant/alkali,36.6% by CO2.Numerical modelling indicates that the recovery factor can reach 47.61% by converting to steam drive,48.67% by hot water drive and conducting an intermediate profile control according to water channeling condition,51.1% by surfactant/alkali drive and conducting an intermediate profile control according to water channeling condition.But the net oil is low and the result of CO2 drive is poor.Because of the poor well conditions in Yu Ⅱ Formation reservoir,the other oil displacement methods than steam drive shall be used if possible.It is recommended to convert to 200℃ hot water drive after cyclic steam stimulation,and then convert to short period of surfactant/alkali drive after hot water drive.
