摘要
【目的】探讨重型颅脑损伤紧急手术救治过程安排的临床意义。【方法】回顾性分析626例重型颅脑损伤患者治疗方案。【结果】随访3个月后按GOS分级评估疗效:良好430例,中残109例,重残48例,植物状态19例,死亡20例。【结论】对重型颅脑损伤选择有效的紧急手术救治方案可提高疗效,改善预后。
[Objective]To investigate the clinical significance of urgent surgical treatment for severe traumatic brain injury. [Methods]Retrospective analysis of the 626 patients of emergent treatment for severe traumatic brain injury was made. [Results]GOS was evaluated at 3 months follow-up： 430 eases with good recovery, 109 moderate disability, 48 severe disability, 19 vegetative state and 20 death. [Conclusion]The choice of good methods for urgent surgical treatment is effective to treat severe traumatic brain injury.
