摘要
为了掌握密集烘烤中烟叶水分变化规律,提高烟叶烘烤质量,研究了密集烘烤和普通烘烤过程中烟叶水分含量的动态变化。结果表明,气流上升式烤房、气流下降式烤房、普通烤房中烘烤的烟叶失水规律都是呈反S型;不同烤房、不同部位烟叶脱水速度不同。气流下降式烤房失水最慢,气流上升式烤房次之,普通烤房失水最快。同一烤房不同部位叶片失水速度,腰叶<上二棚叶<顶叶。
To master the laws of changes of moisture in the cured tobacco leaves during close curing process and improve the quality of the cured tobacco leaves, the changes of moisture content in cured tobacco leaves during curing process were studied.The results showed that the change of moisture content in the three Flue-cured barn in this assay had the similar degradation laws. In different flue-cured barn (flue-cured barn with air arise, flue-cured barn with air descend and common flue-cured barn), different position tobacco leaf, the speed of water-losing was different. The lowest was flue-cured barn with air descend, next was flue-cured barn with air arise, the fast was common flue-cured barn. In the same barn, the speed of water-losing in leaf at different position on the stem was: middle leaf〈upper leaf〈tips.
