Hough变换在汽车车身缝隙检测中的应用

摘要 提出通过检测汽车车身缝隙来评定汽车防雨密封性能的方法,利用CCD摄像机拍摄缝隙图像,采集到计算机中,经过图像处理提取缝隙尺寸信息,评定汽车防雨密封性能。该方法中最重要、最复杂的环节是图像处理过程中的缝隙边缘检测,文中主要讨论在图像处理过程中利用Hough变换进行边缘检测,提取缝隙轮廓信息的方法,并且用Matlab6.0编程实现。 This paper puts forward a method of assessing the rain proof performance by gap detection, which is using the CCD camera to get the gap image, collecting into the computer and getting the gap magnitude by image processing. The most important and complex procedure of this method is the gap edge detection. This paper mainly discusses the approaches of actualizing the Hough transform for edge detection based on Matlab 6.0 to gain the slit outline information.
