摘要
目的:探讨酒速愈对急性酒精中毒小鼠胃黏膜肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素8(IL-8)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量的影响。方法:采用56°红星二锅头酒灌胃建立急性酒精中毒小鼠模型,以葛花解酲汤为对照,观察酒速愈对急性酒精中毒小鼠胃黏膜病理组织学和TNF-α、IL-8、PGE2含量的影响。结果:模型组小鼠胃黏膜出现明显出血、糜烂,点片状溃疡,黏膜下可见大量炎细胞浸润,同时胃黏膜TNF-α、IL-8含量升高,PGE2含量下降(P<0.01),与模型组比较,酒速愈可明显改善急性酒精中毒小鼠胃黏膜病理组织学,并降低TNF-α、IL-8含量,升高PGE2含量(P<0.01)。结论:酒速愈可具有降低炎性细胞因子的含量,升高PGE2含量,保护急性酒精中毒小鼠胃黏膜的作用。
Objective ： To observe the effect of Jiusuyu on the content of TNF - α, IL - 8 and PGE2 of acute alcoholism mouse. Methods： To make the model of acute alcoholism by drinking 56°Hongxing Eeguotou drink, compared with Gehuajiecheng liquid, the effect of Pathological histology, the mucosal TNF -α, IL -8 and PGF2 content of acute alcoholism mouse were observed. Results： The mucosal of mice in model group was blood, fester, ulcer, and a lot of inflammatory cell could be teen; At the same time the content of TNF - α,IL - 8 were increased, the content of PGE2 were decreased （ P 〈0.01 ） ; Compared with model group, Jiusuyu could improve pathological histology of acute alcoholism mouse, decrease the content of TNF- α,IL- 8（ P 〈0.01 ）, and increase the content of PGE2 （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Jiusuyu could decrease the content of TNF - α,IL - 8 , increase the content of PGE2 , and protect mucosal of acute alcoholism mouse effectively.
