冷水七中5种活性三萜皂苷对小鼠的半数致死量测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究冷水七中5种活性三萜皂苷的急性毒性和对小鼠的半数致死量(LD50)。方法:取昆明种小鼠,完全随机平均分组后腹腔注射给药,分别给予不同浓度的三萜皂苷A、B、C、D、E。以小鼠急性死亡率为指标,求各三萜皂苷的LD50和LD50的95%可信区间。结果三萜皂苷A、B、C、D、E对小鼠的LD50分别为15.4928,23.7719,24.7016,24.7813和15.9727 mg/kg。结论:三萜皂苷A、E的毒性较大,而B、C、D的毒性相对较小。实验结果为进一步研究开发提供了毒性依据。 Objective : To determine the acute toxicity and LD50 of five triterpenoid saponins from Impatiens pritzellii Hook. f. vat. hupehensis Hook. f. in mice. Methods: Mice of the Kunming strain were randomly divided into 26 groups with 10 animals in each group. Mice of different groups were given each an intraperitoneal injection of five triterpenoid saponins in different doses separately. Values of LD50and 95% confidence interval of the 5 drugs were then calculated with Bliss method. Results: The LD50 of Triterpenoid SaponinA,B,C,D,E were shown to be 15. 4928,23. 7719,24. 7016,24. 7813and 15. 9727mg/kg, respectively. Conclusion : The Triterpenoid SaponinA, E were shown to have higher toxicily and Triterpenoid SaponinB, C, D were lower relatively. The experimental result provided toxicity data for further research and development.
