摘要
采用微波水热法合成了锰锌铁氧体纳米粉体,通过XRD、TGA-DTA和TEM等分析手段,对粉体进行了表征。研究了微波水热合成反应温度、时间对反应产物的形貌、粒度的影响。实验结果表明:在微波水热条件下,在80℃,保温时间为5 min的条件下即可制得结晶较好的锰锌铁氧体纳米粉体。温度升高和保温时间延长,均可促进纳米晶的生长,所获得的纳米晶晶粒大小在10 nm左右。
MnZn ferrite nanopowders were prepared by microwave hydrothennal method. Obtained powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and thermal analysis. Influences of temperature and time on the crystal growth of MnZn ferrite nanopowder were also studied. Results indicate well growth MnZn nanopowder can be synthesized at 80℃ for 15 min, increasing the temperature and prolonging the curing time can significant promote the crystal growth of nano crystallite, the average grain size of nanopowder is about 10 nm.
