摘要
讨论了电子档案在保存环境方面的要求。如温度、湿度及防磁、防光、防火、防尘和防有害气体等方面的要求。针对电子档案存储载体寿命短及所依赖的计算机技术快速发展等问题,提出相应的对策。
That the requirement for the electronic file（e-file） protection environment was discussed, such as temperature, moistrure and the avoidance of breakage, light prevention and fire prevention etc. The relevant strategies concerning the short expectancy of the e-file storage devices and the rapid development of the computer technology relied upon are proposed.
