摘要
研究结果表明,大白菜的组织结构对质地品质有明显的影响,叶柄细胞的密度越大、细胞壁越薄、呈矩柱体或正方体的细胞越多的品种。
The texture quality of Chinese cabbage was affected by the tissue structure. The leaf head of the cultivars with better texture quality had a characteristic of thinner cell wall, higher density of cell and higher proportion of cubic shape cells.
