摘要
对攀钢引进的高炉专家系统的建立与运行,专家系统的内容、组成及结构,专家系统模型、冶金规则及冶金诊断进行了阐述,并结合一些实例阐明了专家系统的系统诊断、建议动作等特性。攀钢1号高炉专家系统的建立与运行实践表明,全面、准确、可靠、及时的一次检测数据以及紧密结合攀钢炼铁生产实际是运行和使用好高炉专家系统的必要条件。
The paper introduces the setup and operation of expert system used for No. 1 blast furnace in Pangang, which is imported from VAI in 2001, and expounds the system content, constitution, structure, system model, the metallurgy rules it followed and the smelting diagnoses it gives as well as recommended actions to be taken through some examples. Applied for several years in Pangang, it indicates that complete, accurate, and timely primary measured data are the prerequisites to apply the expert system.
