正交法优化生物柴油中甘油的脱除工艺 被引量:2

摘要 利用正交法优化水洗生物柴油脱除甘油的工艺。用单因素实验研究影响水洗生物柴油脱除甘油的因素,再用正交法优化工艺条件。影响水洗生物柴油中甘油去除率的因素主次顺序为:水洗温度>水洗次数>搅拌速度>搅拌时间>生物柴油与水的体积比。水洗生物柴油脱除甘油的最佳工艺条件为:水洗温度50℃,水洗次数至少3次,搅拌速度400r/min,搅拌时间10min,生物柴油与水的体积比4∶1。生物柴油经最佳工艺条件水洗,其甘油残留量符合美国ASTMD6751-02的标准规定。 Technology optimization of eluting studied. The single factor experiments and orthogo glycerol from biodiesel by orthogonal experiment was nal experiment for eluting glyerol from biodiesel were employed. The results indicated that the order of the factors affecting the eluting glycerol from biodiesel from strong to weak was temperature, washing times, agitating rate, agitating time and the ratio of biodiesel to water. The optimum technology of eluting glycerol from biodiesel was that the temperature 50 ℃ washing at least 3 times, agitating rate 400 r/min, agitating time 10 minutes, the ratio of biodiesel to water 4:1. During the optimum conditions, the glycerol residual conformed the American ASTM D6751-02 standard.
