摘要
目的评价16层CT冠状动脉成像(CTCA)的临床价值。方法对58例患者进行回顾性心电门控平扫及增强,后处理用Vessel View软件对所有病例扫描图像做多平面重建(MPR),最大密度投影(MIP),容积成像(VRT),其中35例可疑冠心病患者行冠状动脉造影(SCA)比较。以管腔直径减少≥50%作为判定狭窄的标准,对各冠状动脉主要分支进行节段分析。结果85.1%冠状动脉节段图像可以用做评价,可较准确的显示冠状动脉病变。与SCA对照,敏感度和特异度分别为86.5%(32/37)和95.1%(214/225)。结论16层CT冠状动脉成像可显示较长节段的冠状动脉,较为准确地认定冠状动脉病变,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical values of 16-slice spiral computed tomography coronary angiography( CTCA). Methods Fifty eight patients have been scanned with ECG-gated MSCTCA and angiograms were studied retrospectibely. For all the cases, the Vessel View software was used for postprocessing: multiplanar reformation( MPR), maximum intensity projection( MIP), volume rendering technique(VRT). Then 35 patients of them had undergone selective coronary angiographu (SCA) as a comparision. The reduction more than 50% vessel diameter was the determinate standard, it was fairly accurate diagnoses for the coronary disease. Results 81.5% of the coronary segments in the MSCTCA could be evaluate and also display the pathological change of the coronary arteries in the vessel walls. Compared with SCA, the sensitivity, specificity was 86.5% (32/37), 95.1% (214/225)respectively. Conclusion 16-slice CTCA can display longer segment of coronary artery and assess coronary disease with high accuracy, which is higher clinical value.
