摘要
以三氯氧磷、季戊四醇为原料,二氯甲烷为溶剂,合成了氯化螺环磷酸酯。与美国专利报道的合成方法比较,在产率相同的情况下,所用三氯氧磷的用量减少了3倍,反应的温度由100℃降低到50℃,反应时间缩短了4倍,降低了反应成本,收率及质量稳定。
Dichloropentate was synthesized by using phoshorus oxychloride and pentaerythritol,and methylene chloride as solvent. Comparing with the synthetic method of the USA patent reported, the reaction time was reduced, and the temperature was dropped from 100℃ to 50℃. The needed quality of the phoshorus oxychloride was only one-third of the original reaction. Cost of the reaction was reduced,and the yield and the quality were quite stable.
