低硅冷轧电机钢小板坯连铸工业实验

摘要 介绍了低硅冷轧电机钢小板坯连铸的工业实验。实验过程中,按工艺变化对连铸中间包和结晶器流场进行数值模拟。在工业生产流程中进行了三炉120 t钢水连浇实验,0.50×480mm小板坯表面质量、内部质量良好,顺利通过热轧、冷轧工序。成品钢带性能的电磁性能和力学性能符合国家相关标准要求。 The article described the production practice of low silicon cold rolled electrical steel through slab continuous cast process. During the experiment, simulation the fluid flow field of tundish and mold with different technics. Practice manufactured 120t steel for the continuous casting process,the surface and interior quality of slab is measure up. It is shown that the electromagnetism property and mechanics property for the electric steel sheet have achieved the national standard.
