摘要
特殊的经济地理位置使城乡结合部既是实现城乡统筹发展、建设新农村的前沿阵地,又是问题最多、矛盾最突出的地带。本文提出并论证了城乡结合部有序协调发展对新农村建设的促进作用,针对城乡结合部发展初期的无序不协调性,从组织创新、制度创新、观念创新和关系创新等方面提出了加快有序协调发展的政策性建议。
In this paper, the meaning of ordinal and harmonious development between the urban and rural joint zone is discussed, and the relationship between it and new country construction is analyzed. In order to quicken ordinal and harmonious development between the urban and rural joint zone, some proposals, such as organization innovation, system innovation, idea innovation, and relation innovation are put forward.
