介绍了目前英美全科医学教育的现状和模式,对比了英美全科教育模式的异同,说明了全科医学教育的共同规律,分析了由于人员培养模式差异导致的人员投入成本与期望效益的不同,并对今后我国社区卫生人才吸引和使用提出意见。
The writers of the article introduce the current situation and patterns in aU-inclusive medical education in UK and USA, compare the differences between all-inclusive medical education in UK and that in USA, explain the general rules in aU-inclusive medical education, analyze the differences between personnel investment and expected domino effect caused by different personnel training patterns, and give a suggestion on the future appeal and employment of medical talents in the communities in our country.
