摘要
里海沿岸五国为维护各自的国家利益,在里海的法律地位和水域划分、油气勘探开采权、油气输出管道走向等三个问题上展开激烈的斗争,各国间利益冲突难以平衡。围绕里海能源之争,美俄之间的斗争也将进一步加剧。里海油气问题日益成为国际政治中的一个热点,中国与里海地区有关国家进行能源合作是互利、双赢之举。
The five Caspian countries severely contend with each other for their own national interest in three issues, the legal status of Caspian Sea and its water body division, exploitation rights of oil/gas as well as the pipeline route. The rivalry on energy source between US and Russia will also intensify. The oil/gas issue of Caspian Sea is becoming a hotspot of international politics, and China's energy cooperation with Caspian countries will be a mutual beneficial and win-win result for both sides.
