摘要
我国公司治理存在许多先天缺陷,强化公司制衡机制建设显得特别重要,加强我国公司治理离不开对中国传统文化的认识与运用,是靠制度还是靠监管,是制衡重要还是监管重要,对此必须进行深入探讨。
Lots of defects exist in corporate governance of China,so it is of great importance to reinforce the construction of corporate equilibrium mechanism. However, this reinforcement is closely related with the understanding and apphcation of the traditional Chinese culture. Serious answers should be given to the questions whether corporations are governed by system or supervision and whether equilibrium is more important than supervision or vice versa.
